Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final Socio Anxious Dept does not offer returns, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances. Exchanges may be approved solely at the discretion of Socio Anxious Dept and must be requested within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery. Exchanges are only eligible if an incorrect size or incorrect item was delivered and differs from what was originally purchased, or if the item is defective upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Sale items, discounted items, limited releases, and exclusive drops are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume all risk of loss during return transit. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability; if the requested item or size is unavailable, the exchange request will be denied or the customer may elect to wait until the item becomes available, subject to approval and availability, at our discretion. Socio Anxious Dept reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed. All exchange requests must be initiated by contacting supportsocioanxious@gmail.com prior to sending any items back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within forty-eight (48) hours if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims must include your order number and clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will be remedied by replacement at no additional cost. Damage caused by customer handling, wear, washing, alteration, or improper care is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for exchange.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped to a member country of the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
